In a continual effort to strengthen and improve the range and quality of services offered to schools, Delta Educational Services Limited, a sister company of Delta Microsystems Limited, has launched a new support service called "School ICT Technician Service". |

This service is aimed at both primary and secondary schools that have identified the need for a structured approach to the routine maintenance and housekeeping of their ICT facility. The service consists of a predetermined number of sessions throughout the academic year or during schools holidays. The service can be used for virtually any ICT based activity, for example: |
- Installing new software or software updates
- Networking a computer or printer purchased with supermarket vouchers
- Maintenance of pupil records and data
- Auditing of software and other ICT resources
- Tuition on best practises for educational software
- Assistance on the use of Interactive whiteboards
- Provide assistance with issues arising from software or hardware upgrades
- Configuration of email accounts
